It's been a great pleasure to learn that the department of English is going to launch an inter-active website with a view to sharing and communicating its on-going activities internationally open to all the teachers, students and our other stake-holders. By introducing this website the department from now on will be an artery of all the academic and extracurricular activities. Blogs, e-mails other social networking sites will also be a medium of communication for the interaction of the students of the department. This will definitely speed up the e-learning and inter-communication in home and abroad. English as a major subject in Comilla Govt. College. From Starting time onward, the department is engaged with all kinds of academic and other extra-curricular activities with a spree of enthusiasm. There is no looking back and efforts are being made to make the department an arena of Education and other co-curricular activities keeping pace with the international standard. We strongly hope and believe that the students will now be more engaged to learning and interacting activities prior to future advancement. We are thankful to the Principal and teaching staff of the department for their continuous support and co-operation they are paying every now and then to make the department a success in all respects. I am also quite hopeful that the interactive website of the English department will be providing adequate support for the enhancement of the learning and e-learning activities both internally and externally. This will certainly enhance the bulk of information technology and widen the horizon of learning in the Department of English. I wish its all-out success.
